If I'm on an installment plan, will canceling auto-renew stop future payments?
If you are in a subscription that is billed in installments, you will continue to be billed the installments of that subscription duration.
For example, if you're signed up for an annual subscription of two installments of $79.50, and you cancel your auto-renew after the first payment, you will still be billed the second payment, as it is still within your current annual subscription duration. However, you will not be billed any further payments and after one year, at which time your subscription benefits will come to an end.
Will I receive a refund when I cancel my subscription?
No, canceling auto-renewal will not refund you for your current subscription. It only ensures that you will not be billed again once the current subscription duration ends.
