"Something's broken. Help!"
When reporting website issues, provide details such as your browser type, OS version, error messages, and steps taken before the problem occurred. Open the developer console and take screenshots of the Console and Network tabs after reloading the page. This article includes specific instructions for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Opera browsers. This information will help in diagnosing the problem effectively.

Details to include in your report
The most helpful thing you can do when reporting an error is provide as many details about the issue as possible. Here’s a list of details that will help us:
- Information about the type of browser you’re using (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and the version.
- Your operating system version. You can find this information by visiting the Microsoft or Apple website.
- Screenshots of your browser’s developer console.
- Screenshots or descriptions of any error messages that appear on screen.
- Steps you took prior to seeing the issue. (What buttons did you click when the problem appeared?)
- The URL of the page where you're experiencing the issue.
How to take screenshots of your developer console
We'll need to see what's happening when the problem occurs.
- Open the developer console: Follow the instructions for your browser below.
- Reproduce the issue: If it's a problem loading the website, refresh the page. If a button isn't responding, click it again. When the error occurs, this
- Take a screenshot: Take screenshots when the website gets stuck. It also might be helpful to take a screenshot of the Network tab as well.
- Attach the screenshots: Once you've taken your screenshots and saved them, attach them to your report. If you already have a ticket open with Support, attach them to your reply.
Opening the developer console in your browser

- Right-click the page where the issue is occurring and select Inspect.
- Click the Console tab → Reproduce the issue → Take a screenshot.

- Enable the Developer menu:
- Click Safari → Settings... (or Preferences) → Advanced.
