We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee.
 

Cancelling your Subscription

If you would like to cancel your subscription to Academia Premium, click the “Cancel Auto-Renew” button on your premium settings page.

You can access this page by hovering over your profile photo in the top right-hand corner, selecting “account settings," t
hen clicking “premium subscription” in the left-hand navigation bar that appears.

 
To stop auto-renew, click "Cancel Auto-Renew". After unsubscribing, you will maintain your Academia Premium benefits for the remainder of your current subscription period and won't be charged again. This will not refund you.

 


Please be aware that cancelling your subscription does not automatically generate a refund. In order to qualify for a 30-day refund guarantee, you must contact us.



Once you've given a reason why you cancelled auto-renew, you'll see a new page that gives you a place to contact us. Simply click the "here" on click here to be taken to page where you can generate your refund request.


Type in the information relevant to your refund, then click "send email"!

You should receive an automatic response to the email address you placed in the email address box indicating your message has been received. If you do not receive this automatic response within 10 minutes, please submit another ticket! If you do not receive this automatic response, your refund request will not be valid.

Additionally, it is important to note deleting your account will not have a refund automatically processed to your account. You still must contact us for a refund within 30 days.

 

Using our 30-day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Academia Premium subscriptions. If you aren’t satisfied for any reason, please contact us, and select "Academia Premium." If you know it, include the email address associated with your Academia account. For fastest processing, provide the following information:

 

  • If you paid with credit card: the last 4 digits and expiration date of the card which you paid with.

  • If you paid with Paypal: your Academia email address, or your Paypal email address.


If you aren't sure of either of these, please provide the email address where you received our "Welcome to Academia Premium" email.

Remember, all of our refunds must be processed within 30 days of sign up. After 30 days, we are unable to guarantee subscriptions.
