Can't See Analytics

If you are not able to view your analytics, this may be for a few different reasons: 


- You are using an outdated browser. Please update your browser to the most recent version. Unfortunately, based on how our analytics tracking works, we are not able to support a large number of browser versions to view these pages. 

- You are using an ad-blocker, tracking-blocking software, or other addons or extensions which permit you from seeing features of certain webpages. Please try disabling any addons or extensions and then reviewing your analytics. 

- If there are papers on your profile which have extremely high view counts, it may take your analytics page a little while to load. We recommend waiting up to 30 seconds while our system processes the paper and profile views associated with your account. 

- You are not logged into the correct account. If your profile seems odd, or it appears you're missing papers, or your affiliation or biography information seems incorrect, you may have accidentally logged into an account other than the one you're looking to check.
